The Directors of Professional Flooring UK Limited take health & safety very seriously. We recognise that successful safety and environmental management is crucial. Our policy is to achieve and maintain a safe work environment for all its employees, contractors and all others who may be affected by the Company’s operations.
We are registered as an accredited company within the Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme (CHAS) which indicates that we have demonstrated compliance with, and sound management of, current basic health and safety legislation.
All operatives and management hold CSCS cards at the appropriate level, having passed the CSCS Health and Safety test. Regular H&S meetings are held and all the Personal Protective Equipment is checked every three months. Staff and subcontractors attend courses on different aspects of our work, such as Manual Handling, COSHH, Asbestos Awareness and Risk Assessment.
